• Pricing should be obvious. Four tiers, monthly or annual, cancel any time. No usage-based surprise charges.
• Customers own their data. Full export from the API. Self-serve account deletion. Refunds on request, no friction.

Recurring payments are processed by Square, Inc. We never see raw card numbers. Customer database is hosted on Supabase / AWS US-East. Daily backups; soft-delete retention of 30 days.
