What customers report (top 3 themes from in-app feedback)

  1. "It just runs in the background." The biggest single piece of feedback is invisibility - customers want LinkedIn outreach to happen without thinking about it, and the browser-extension + dashboard split lets them set it up and forget.
  2. "The acceptance numbers actually moved." Customers consistently report acceptance going from 10-18% (manual or generic tools) to 28-40% within 4-6 weeks of switching, mostly driven by tighter targeting + better connection notes.
  3. "Cheaper than the alternative I was using." Especially from agency customers who switched from $99+/account cloud tools to the $149/10-seat Agency plan.
