Where HeyReach wins
1. Always-on cloud. HeyReach runs 24/7 without anyone's computer being on. The biggest single advantage for agencies managing non-technical clients - the client doesn't have to keep their browser running.

HeyReach's always-on cloud is genuinely valuable for agencies whose clients are non-technical. The client doesn't have to keep a browser open during sending hours. For an agency managing 8+ accounts with non-technical clients, this is the difference between answering "why didn't my campaign run today?" tickets and not.
SocialScalr requires the user's browser to be open during configured sending windows. Most operators leave the browser running on a work laptop all day, so this is rarely felt. But if your agency model is hands-off ("here's the dashboard, don't touch anything"), HeyReach's cloud model is simpler.
