Where Phantombuster wins

1. Breadth. 100+ Phantoms means you can scrape Google Maps, Instagram followers, Twitter searches, and more — all from one platform. SocialScalr does none of this.

2. Build-your-own flexibility. If your workflow is unusual (scrape a specific search, dedup against a CRM, push to Airtable, then trigger LinkedIn invites), Phantombuster's chained Phantoms can build it. SocialScalr's workflow is fixed.

3. Massive ecosystem. 10+ year track record, big template library, lots of community recipes.

Where SocialScalr wins

1. Finished workflow vs raw blocks. SocialScalr is opinionated. Campaign → connection note with merge fields → follow-up sequence → CRM pipeline → unified inbox — all one product. Phantombuster gives you the scrape + send Phantoms but you still need a CRM, an inbox, and to wire them together.

2. Account safety. Phantombuster requires you to paste a LinkedIn session cookie. The activity then runs from Phantombuster's cloud IP. LinkedIn restricts more aggressively against cloud-IP + cookie-based access than against real-browser activity.

3. Built-in CRM and inbox. SocialScalr's Pipeline view, lead notes, smart send-time, and unified inbox are all part of the product. To get the same with Phantombuster you'd integrate at least 3 separate tools.
