How to invite team members

  1. Settings → Team → Invite member.
  2. Enter email and pick role (Admin or Member).
  3. Invitee receives an email with a magic-link to accept (link valid 7 days).
  4. After accept, they show up in Team list and can start using the workspace.

Reassigning leads

Admins can reassign any lead. Members can only reassign their own leads (to another member or admin).

  1. Open the lead detail panel.
  2. Click the Owner dropdown at the top.
  3. Pick the new owner. Confirm.
  4. Activity log entry created. New owner sees the lead immediately in their view.

Bulk reassignment: in Contacts tab, multi-select leads → bulk action → Reassign to → pick owner.

Notes and visibility

Audit log

Settings → Audit log. Records:

Audit log is read-only and retained for the life of the workspace.

Recommended setups by team shape

2-person team (founders / co-founders)

Both Owners is not possible. Make one Owner, one Admin. Functionally identical except for billing access.

5-person sales team

1 Owner (sales leader), 1 Admin (sales ops or VP), 3 Members (AEs or SDRs). Members see only their own pipelines; Admin sees the whole team.

10-person agency

1 Owner (agency owner), 2 Admins (account managers), 7 Members (operators). Each operator-member only sees the client account they manage. Account managers see everything across clients.

Recruiting agency with 8 recruiters

1 Owner, 1 Admin (managing partner), 6 Members. Each recruiter-member sees only their assigned candidate/client leads. Admin reviews team pipeline weekly for stuck deals.

Removing a team member

  1. Settings → Team → click member → Remove.
  2. Choose what happens to their leads: Transfer to another member (recommended) or leave unassigned.
  3. Confirm. Member loses access immediately. Their API tokens are revoked.
  4. Seat freed up on your plan for re-use.
