Team accounts
Invite colleagues to share a single workspace. Roles control who can invite, who can bill, and who can edit campaigns.
Seat limits
- Free / Starter - 1 seat (solo).
- Pro - 3 seats including the owner.
- Agency - 10 seats including the owner.
Pending invites count against the seat limit until they expire (14 days) or are revoked.
Roles
- Owner - billing, invite/remove members, change roles, delete workspace. There is exactly one owner per workspace.
- Admin - everything except billing and removing the owner.
- Member - create and run campaigns, schedule content, manage their own leads.
- Viewer - read-only access to reporting.
Inviting
Open the Team tab in the dashboard, click "+ Invite teammate", enter the email + role. They get an email with a one-time accept link. If Resend isn't configured yet you'll see the link in a copy-able dialog to send manually.
Removing
The owner can remove anyone from the Team tab. A member can also leave the workspace themselves - that drops them back to solo with their own free workspace.
What happens to a removed member's leads? Leads and campaigns stay with the workspace. Removed members lose access immediately but no data is deleted.
